As a lover of spacious, beautifully decorated spaces, the Old Rectory exceeded all my expectations. the property's gardens and grounds were a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding. I particularly enjoyed the tennis court and large kitchen/lounge area, ideal for family bonding over board games. the bedrooms were luxurious, especially the en suite with a stunning standing bath - a true highlight. the convenient location near Durham and Newcastle made exploring the area a breeze. A fantastic stay that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.
